Rick Graves is recognized industry-wide as an authority in capturing the essence of high-energy action imagery, having earned a coveted client list including Jaguar, Cadillac, Honda, Acura, Toyota, Mazda, Subaru and Goodyear. As a natural progression, Rick effectively turned his passion for action photography to film and video. He wrote, shot, and directed a promotional short for Triumph Motorcycles N.A. that has generated over 7.5 million YouTube views. In his quest to invent new ways to capture images of speed, Rick developed a finish line camera system giving him the ability to capture images in motion so extraordinary that Auto Week and Wired Magazine featured his work. A graduate of the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, Rick’s long format images are on exhibit at the Festival of Arts in Laguna Beach, California .

Andrew Snider is passionate about more than just a well-timed cut and a perfectly paced video. What drives him is a well-told story with meaning and depth, a feature or short length film that brings pause. Andrew’s experience bridges various industries, from Mazda Motorsports to Bosch Home Appliances. A true jack-of-all-trades, his skill set includes location and post audio, color grading, animation, and special effects. He first began filmmaking with his grade school classmates and went on to receive a BA in film from California State University Fullerton.
Silke Schwarzkopf is an award-winning producer and writer with over twenty-five years of experience in script-to-screen video production. She launched her career in pubic relations, crafting the stories of up-and-coming to iconic entertainers, politicians, and athletes. Working with local, national, and international news media, she quickly discovered her passion for production, specializing in the healthcare, health and fitness, and pharmaceutical industries. At GMG, Silke is focused on corporate story telling and the development of original programming for digital distribution. She holds a MBA from the University of California Irvine.
Jim Jordan is a recognized brand expert from the world of motorsports, having spent the majority of his career client-side at Mazda. Since childhood, Jim has spent his life fascinated with anything that moves, from learning to operate his first HO train set, to working for a team on the Pit Wall at the Le Mans 24 Hour. He is passionate about discovering the stories behind the motion, then figuring out ways to share the story in a way that invites others to enjoy the experience. Jim’s marketing career includes telling moving stories in the world of film, music, and bicycles. Jim has a BA Degree in Communications from Rowan University.
